The City of Council Bluffs entered into an agreement with Olson Brothers Construction Co. for Storage Building Fire Station #5 Project.
Contractor has fully completed the construction of said improvements in accordance with the terms and conditions of said contract and plans and specifications filed with the city clerk.
A request for final payment in the amount of $31,594.00 to Olson Brothers Construction Co., has been submitted to the city council for approval and payment.
Final payment is due 30 days after acceptance of the work;.
