Description

Resolution 23-116, granting final plat approval of a 17-lot subdivision to be known as West Broadway Village, legally described as being a replat of Block 12, Bryant and Clark’s Addition, along with the vacated east/west alley adjacent.  Location: Undeveloped land lying south of 1st Avenue and north of 2nd Avenue, between South 28th and South 29th Streets. SUB-23-004

Resolution 23-117 to amend the adopted PR/Planned Residential development plan on said property. PR-16-003(M2)
