Description

Ordinance to amend the zoning map as adopted by reference in section 15.02.070, and setting a Public Hearing for September 14, 2020 at 7:00 p.m., by rezoning part of the NE ¼ of Section 14-74-44, said area being more particularly described in the staff report, from R-1/Single-family Residential District and R-3/Low Density Multifamily Residential District to R-1/Single-family Residential District and R-4/High Density Multifamily Residential District.  Location: North of Lake Manawa, and West of property addressed as 1113 42nd Avenue. ZC-20-009
