Description

Resolution of intent to release and setting a Public Hearing for February 10, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. for permanent and perpetual easements granted for utility purposes across previously vacated east/west alleys in Block 6, Ferry's Addition and Block 7, Bryant and Clark's Subdivision and over the vacated north/south alley abutting Lots 3 and 4, Block 6, Ferry's Addition, and Lots 6 and 7, Block 7, Bryant and Clark's Subdivision.  Location:  A parcel of land that is bounded by West Broadway, South 34th Street, 2nd Avenue, and South 32nd Street. MIS-20-001
